The Journey

KCR IT Solutions had outgrown their previous website. Over the years their website had been added to multiple times and the navigation had become confused. It was difficult to see what was on offer and understand how KCR IT Solutions could help their customers

CREATE - Client's Goal

KCR IT Solutions’ brief was to build a new website from scratch with clear navigation and well-defined pages addressing IT issues and the services that KCR IT Solutions provides.

David wanted a website that was colourful and visual to bring what many think to be a dry topic (IT) to life.

ELEVATE – CATCO Process

KCR IT Solutions services the local area south of Perth and offers a full range of IT Solutions from email account setups to full office computer networking plus new and refurbished computers including mac, windows desktops and laptop versions. David’s website needed to clearly demonstrate the vast range of services and products that he offers.

After defining the brief, CATCO Enterprises set about using a collaborative process to bring the objections inline with Google best practices and create functionality that made it easy for David’s audience to understand KCR IT Solutions’ offerings.
