Experimenting with social media is fairly normal for businesses, but you want to make sure it isn’t giving your audience whiplash. Being consistent with your marketing makes sure you feel reliable to people viewing your content.
Decide on a vibe:
- Professional and Formal (Make sure you don’t sound like a robot if you choose this one!)
- Interested and Conversational
- Friendly and Bright
Clients want people they can communicate with – are you engaging them in discussion on social media? Remember that you are trying to get a response, not to speak over them. This helps make them feel like they are talking with a real person for that human touch.
Develop a Relationship With Potential Clients
Strong client relationships are what make a business flourish. Create a one-on-one connection with the audience you are speaking to, and make them feel like they are close to you and that you are close to them.
