Yes, Website Maintenance Service Plans are for existing WordPress website.
Although our Website Maintenance Service Plans are for websites that we have built or re-designed, we welcome clients who have a WordPress based website and who are looking for a long term relationship with a dedicated webmaster.
Firstly we will need to do a Website Evaluation to become familiar with your website, so we can see how it was built and identify any potential issues. With this website evaluation we will perform all the “Website Updates and Monitoring” tasks that are needed and make a full backup of your website. Most importantly we will make a list of issues that need to be fix and suggestions for priority and importance of the problems in order to proceed with the website on a monthly plan. Based on how your website was built, this Website Evaluation is a fixed $500 fee.
The whole purpose having your website on a Website Maintenance Service Plan is to have preventative care, so that we can reduce the risk of anything happening.
However, in the case that your website does have an issue and needs to be revived, we will be there right by its side communicating with you all the way. We will communicate with your web hosting on your behalf (if you have your own hosting).
We cannot promise your website will not be hacked but can promise we will do everything in our power to prevent it, as well as get it back up and running as quickly as possible.
Content update requests and small design improvements are the most common requests. Requests for new features on your website will result in a formal quote as new features take time and will go over your monthly support time.
If you have a task that requires more than your monthly support time, we give you a quote for you to approve separately from your plan.
The time it takes for your website to appear on page 1 of Google depends on a number of factors. It depends on the search phrase people are using to find your website and the number of other websites that are also available for those search phrases. Nobody can truly say how long it will take for your website to appear at the top of search engine results pages (including people who actually work for Google), however there are a number of factors that can improve your chances. Building your website on WordPress is a good start as WordPress has some great Search Engine Optimization fundamentals built-in. Creating unique and interesting content on a regular basis for your website is also critical to increase your visibility amongst search engines. Launching your website and then forgetting about it is a surefire way to get lost amongst the noise.

If a new feature is something you would like to add to your website this will require additional hours and we are happy to quote you.
Yes any time after the first 3 months has expired. Request a cancellation of your plan or downgrade to a lower plan by emailing to accounts@catcoent.com.au, and we will immediately stop your next payment and change your account as per your request at the end of your billing term.
